The Benefits of Beautiful Botanicals

The first day of spring isn’t until March 20, and it’s going to be pretty chilly until then. You can’t rush mother nature to bring beautiful florals and greenery into your home, so what can you do?

Here’s our secret: For flowers that look beautiful year-round, cheat a little with our faux botanicals! Buy your favorite flowers, like orchids or hydrangeas, then set them in a fetching vase or pot and never worry about it again. Botanicals don’t need water or sunlight, so they’ll “thrive” in any corner of your home. They don’t attract pests, and won’t affect anyone in your home with pollen allergies. Our artificial botanicals are the most beautiful and lifelike plants you can buy, so don’t be surprised if your house sitter waters them for you when you leave town!

There are two basic styles of botanicals we carry. One is in a potted plant style, such as our orchids, which we recommend you display as-is. The other style is done in sprigs so you can arrange several stems of leaves and flowers to achieve a look as voluminous as your heart desires. Either will give your home a healthier, more lush feel for guests and pets alike.

This is not meant to mean that we don’t love a real plant, too. Real plants aid in room humidity and can add a small boost of oxygen. So those of you blessed with green thumbs – our pots and vases are ideal for your real plants, too!
